However, when there is a disconnect or imbalance at the soul or mind level—such as living a life that doesn't align with one's true values or purpose, or perpetuating negative beliefs, it can lead to confusion, dissatisfaction, and mental distress. This is why my sessions may incorporate spiritual practices, such as meditation, mindfulness, or exploring one's beliefs and values, to help realign the soul with the mind.
The mind, encompassing thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, has a powerful impact on emotions. Negative thought patterns, such as self-criticism or catastrophic thinking, can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and fear. Conversely, positive and balanced thinking can promote emotional well-being, leading to feelings of happiness, contentment, and peace.
